The Carluc Priory, at 4 km from Céreste in the dir of Forcalquier, tel: 04 92 79 04 16.
Christian place of worship from the 4th, the priory dates from the 11th.
The Ganagobie Priory, access D 330 or N 96, tel: 04 92 68 00 04.
10th monastery. The 12th church only can be visited, very nice Romanesque mosaïcs.
Notre Dame de Lure, access by D 113 from St Etienne les Orgues.
Founded in 1165, the south side of the Lure Mountain, an important  place of pilgrimage  in a splendid area.

The Salagon Priory, 3 km from Forcalquier, on the way out from Mane, dir. Apt, N 100.

The Sauvan Castle, access at 2 km from Mane, dir Apt,  N 100. Tel: 04 92 75 05 64.
Built in 1720, one of the only examples of classical architecture in Provence.
Banon, the village which gave its name to the famous cheese.
Simiane La Rotonde, a rare and magic place along the hills coloured with lavander, sage and wheat, with its high ramparts houses and its full of flowers alleyways.
